ABOUT THE BIOKINETICIST

Biokineticist in Reading, UK

I am a Biokineticist with a special interest in rare conditions. I completed my honours degree in Biokinetics, after completing my Sport Science undergraduate at the University of Pretoria. I am passionate about using exercise and healthy eating to not only fuel your body, improve overall health and wellness, but also to improve and aid longevity. This is where the idea of "Limitless" originated. To me, its a principle of living life to the fullest and knowing that there are no limits to the greatness, health and success you can achieve once you set your mind to it.
I am currently working virtually and in person in Reading, UK.
I aim to help my clients take control of their goals and manage their symptoms.
